Utility Planet is the official blog for the column of the same name in The Spectrum Monitor. It replaces Utility World in the discontinued Monitoring Times magazine. Utilities are all VLF/LF/MF/HF (and sometimes low-band VHF) radio communications except broadcasting, CB, and non-emergency amateur. STS-127 Launch Scrubbed!
NASA has scrubbed Saturday's Space Shuttle launch after a leak was found in a gaseous hydrogen return line during tanking. The decision to postpone was made at 12:26 AM EDT (0426 UTC). There is no new launch target time yet.
