Utility Planet is the official blog for the column of the same name in The Spectrum Monitor. It replaces Utility World in the discontinued Monitoring Times magazine. Utilities are all VLF/LF/MF/HF (and sometimes low-band VHF) radio communications except broadcasting, CB, and non-emergency amateur. STS-127 Still On Time
Tanking was completed around 1600 UTC, and no leaks were found. NASA TV coverage begins at 1800 UTC though a picture of the pad is up right now. Downrange operations should be on the radio, though I haven't seen any frequencies yet.
