Utility Planet is the official blog for the column of the same name in The Spectrum Monitor. It replaces Utility World in the discontinued Monitoring Times magazine. Utilities are all VLF/LF/MF/HF (and sometimes low-band VHF) radio communications except broadcasting, CB, and non-emergency amateur. STS-128 Will Land At EDW Today
NASA has decided upon a landing at Edwards AFB. Deorbit is 2347 UTC, with landing at 0053 UTC. The ground track crosses the California coast near Santa Barbara. There may be sonic booms in the area.
