RICK IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 14 MPH...22 KM/HR. A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST AND NORTH-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED ON MONDAY FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH EARLY TUESDAY.
