AND THIS GENERAL MOTION ACCOMPANIED BY A SLIGHT DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS OR SO. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE DEPRESSION IS EXPECTED TO MAKE LANDFALL NEAR THE TEXAS-MEXICO BORDER THURSDAY AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING.
