Utility Planet is the official blog for the column of the same name in The Spectrum Monitor. It replaces Utility World in the discontinued Monitoring Times magazine. Utilities are all VLF/LF/MF/HF (and sometimes low-band VHF) radio communications except broadcasting, CB, and non-emergency amateur. Shuttle Goes Back Into Building
NASA TV shows STS-115 on the crawler, headed back for the assembly building. This is due to the predicted path of Tropical Storm Ernesto, which might become a hurricane. Launch will most likely be delayed beyond the September 7 close of the window. If this happens, the delay will last many weeks.
