Utility Planet is the official blog for the column of the same name in The Spectrum Monitor. It replaces Utility World in the discontinued Monitoring Times magazine. Utilities are all VLF/LF/MF/HF (and sometimes low-band VHF) radio communications except broadcasting, CB, and non-emergency amateur. Cuban PSK Second Day
For the second day, March 7, the voice schedule on 17436 kHz at 1700 was transmitted in PSK31 instead, using the slightly altered format. The message was a repeat of March 6, this time with a little Radio Havana Cuba program leaking in.
