Utility Planet is the official blog for the column of the same name in The Spectrum Monitor. It replaces Utility World in the discontinued Monitoring Times magazine. Utilities are all VLF/LF/MF/HF (and sometimes low-band VHF) radio communications except broadcasting, CB, and non-emergency amateur. Russian Cluster Beacons Are Up
They've been reported for a couple of days now. Active clusters are (at least) 5, 7, 10, 13, and 16. Look up and down around 1 kilohertz from 5154.0, 7039.0, 10872.0, 13528.0, and 16332.0 kHz CW.
