Utilities are all VLF/LF/MF/HF (and sometimes low-band VHF) radio communications except broadcasting, CB, and non-emergency amateur. Some SW Broadcasters Still In 40 Meters
It would appear that the new rules which move broadcasting to above 7300 kHz are being ignored in China. Asian listeners are hearing multiple broadcast programs, often on the same channel, pretty much as before.
